## Questions & Answers

**Q: Why is the water in the toilet bowl became low after I installed the bidet?**
A: You need to turn the valve back on after installation to allow the bowl and tank to refill.

**Q: How do I report a leaking hose to the seller and how do I buy a replacement hose**
A: Just go to your order view details and report problem

**Q: Do you have to turn off the valve under the toilet after each use?**
A: No. The handle has a spring valve and shuts off nicely. The attachement point has an additional shut off value that is a god send as soon as your 2y.o. Son figures out that it sprays and sneaks in and try’s using it,😛locked out

**Q: What about adjusting temperature?**
A: This has no temperature control on it. It only uses the water that’s in your toilet tank.
