Bought as a replacement ...  barb was slightly undersize would not fit well/leak on Vacuum hose.  Also failed to notice barb is Aluminum - and past Alu barbs disintegrated / galvanic corrosion.  I had to trash it as I waited too long to install.  bought this instead  FBB150King™ Brass Short Shank Female Fitting with Brass Nut
