Any donut cushions I have owned in the past have been made of a Vinyl. The second thing that stands out is how easy it is to blow up. You are given the option of using the enclosed hand pump or blowing it up by mouth.I used the hand pump one minute and it was completely inflated. I used the cushion for a few minutes and was surprised at how comfortable it is to use. This would be a great help to anyone with back pain. This donut is very well made and by the looks of it will stand up to all the use it will get here.After using the donut for an hour I moved away from my chair for a couple of minutes, when I came back my cat had pulled it on the floor and claimed it for her own (see Pictures). This is a great product. I could have really used a little help and extra protection in very sensitive area.
