Ive racked up hours and hours of weld time with this bad boy, and it has NEVER overheated on me. It has never not welded when I needed to weld. Pretty impressed. The duty cycle is way under rated. Welded virtually non-stop for 10 minutes at 170 amps, it did not even hiccup or come close to overheating. Leaves some amazing 7018 1/8 beads. The hot-start and arc-force works amazing as well. I like this welder better than my everlast 200st. This razorweld 170 will weld anything my everlast can. Welded 1/2" steel using multiple passes.
