I just had one delivered yesterday (8/13/19) and am returning it because, among other problems, once it's unlocked, you CANNOT rotate the numbers unless you return the shackle to the locked position. If you leave the shackle open, the correct combination is there for anyone to see. **Q: Is it possible to get a replacement rubber cover for the lock? It was delivered with that part missing.** A: Don't bother. It'll fall off within days or hours. The rubber part holding it to the lock is very flimsy and flexible, so it won't stay on. You'd have to super glue it. Horrible design. And the lock can be defeated in 30 seconds WITHOUT any tools.
