It looks a bit like a bra when it's off and looks even more like a bra when it's on. I haven't had the guts to tell my other half that I even bought it because it just looks embarrassing...but...it does work! My other half has lost her smell almost completely so she can't tell either, so rather than risk embarrassment I thought I'd cover it up as much as possible. The item itself is a bit of a pain because it gets all tied up in itself and you have to reset it every time before putting it on, it takes some readjusting and is uncomfortable to begin with.
