Have not used it a lot until recently but have found it works well. Currently using it on rebar. I suspect it is made "overseas", which may explain some of the negative reviews as QC can be iffy from such sources but quality of mine is good. Some have commented that it tends to blow out. I have noticed this sometimes when on full but have rarely needed to really crank it up.
