Thank you for making it right! We bought this as a grave marker for our little dog Speedy. I sent a picture to them before ordering it to make sure it was a usable picture and that it would turn out with the etching. They said, yes,no problem. When it arrived it was very, very faint, we can barely make out the picture at all. I asked if they could make it more defined, fix it in anyway or replace it. They replied they would get back to me, but never did.
