A: No it doesn’t fold up, so you’d need to press the button to release and pull the poles out of the brackets then can (quickly & easily) reassemble it on-site. It’s very sturdy once it’s assembled. Very well made.

Went together quick and easy. Hangers slide fine and the rack rolls even on carpet well. The rack holds quite a lot and I pretty happy with the cost and purchase overall. Durability is too soon to tell but it seems to be worth it.
