My favorite thing about this blanket is the way it always seems to provide the perfect temperature for comfort, no matter the temperature of the room (there are some obvious exceptions, but for most indoor applications, it is all you need). Whenever I go to sleep, I have to have this blanket as my first layer, because it's texture relaxes me. This blanket has hosted picnics, created acoustic atmospheres for recording music, it has been used for forts, decoration, and as I mentioned before, it has been a faithful travel companion!The only thing I did not like was the distinct smell when I first got it, but that went away quickly. You can wash and dry these things just use mild settings.
