Slightly dissapointed that I don't get the option to have the package replaced and that I have to wait for a credit and then reorder.Maybe that's an Amazon thing and not a supplier thing?Can't fault the quality of the plates, Denby are always exceptional quality. Denby pottery's customer service is really not great - I was told that if I didn't like plates that looked like seconds I could return them all to Amazon and I should not expect items to look alike because they're hand made. A response which is in my opinion unacceptable.
