The handle is decently firm and each option is easy to screw onto the handle, however the connectivity of the metal to the heads itself does not have the best quality build. When I took one of them out of the tight packaging, only a slight consistent tug was enough to discombobulate it. This seems to be a constant pattern in other reviews as well. That being said, it has great functionality and the quality can definitely be overlooked compared to the price of the product. I'm someone who has loved getting my back scratched since I was a kid and no other back scratches seemed to offer as much relief as this one. The plastic and colored heads don't offer the most intense scratching, however the silver metal ones definitely compare to the real thing.
