A brilliant invention and an invaluable tool for those with diverticulitis
I purchased this device for my princess, who suffers from diverticulitis and cannot eat small hard seeds like strawberry, blackberry, etc. She loves making jams and jellies and had been using strainers and cheesecloth to strain out the seeds but a small batch of jam's worth of berries took an hour or more of physically-taxing mashing, squeezing and wringing (not to mention a LOT of clean up and washing afterward). This device reduced this process to 10 minutes (literally) of hand-cranking for one batch of jam (or running the motor for larger batches) and easy clean-up in another 10 minutes. It is well-built and its design makes cleaning and washing it quick and easy.PLEASE NOTE: For small berries like those noted above, she runs them through three times, extracting smaller but still significant amounts of juice each time. By the third time, nothing is left but seeds and dry pulp. All three runs are included in the 10 minutes mentioned above. She comes and thanks me every time she uses it and has told me on more than one occasion that "It is the best tool I have ever owned and that's saying something!"For those of you who suffer from diverticulitis (or those who love someone who does), this device makes a perfect purchase or gift, allowing you to enjoy fruits and berries that you may have had to abstain from for years. We also freeze the juice in cubes (using ice-cube trays) and bag and store them to be used in drinks or thawed and poured over ice cream, which has allowed her to have strawberry, raspberry and blackberry ice cream for the first time in many years.

This works fantastic, we have run tomatoes
This works fantastic, we have run tomatoes, grapes, strawberries and much more through this with both hand crank and the motor. Obviously using the motor is easier, but I would also state that keeping a consistent spin on the drum is the most important feature of the motor vs the hand crank. This has saved us so much time in our canning journey.

No intermediate cleanout required
I have an old all metal squeezo with all the screens but have had issues with it binding up with seeds. I purchased the Victorio and processed 8 gallons of blackberries using the berry screen and the motor. O my what a difference. I did it all by my self. Usually my wife helps but with the motor I had no problem.Motor sounded as if it was struggling at times but it pushed through it all without having to break down the machine to clean it out. That was impressive. I did turn machine off occasionally while loading more berries into hopper.

Good but needs improvemnt
The media could not be loaded. As mentioned by others the base clamp is larger than older models. It does require a countertop or table at least 1.5 in. thick with at least 1 inch overhang to securely clamp onto. The commercial kitchen we work in doesn't have a suitable edge so I had to build a stand to put it on. The electric motor seems powerful enough for our need (crushing and destemming 200 lbs of berries a week) however the motor moves a lot because it is not clamped to the base, just supported by the shaft. This may also be why the nylon shaft seal leaks. See attached video.

Love this machine
This machine separates guava seeds and pulp in minutes. What used to take hours is reduced to minutes to discard the seeds while saving the pulp for marmalade.

Motor, screens and grape spiral missing
I have been wanting to purchase one of these juicers with a motor for a little over a year. I seen it was on sale, read the description to ensure it included a motor and was excited to make canning season a little easier! Sadly, the motor, screens and grape spiral was not included in my order.

Victorio 250 trial
Bought the set to strain grapes for juice. Here are 3 observed deficiencies. 1) spirals leave large void(s) in the feed section, thereby the throuhput rate for the appliance is very low. 2) Significant leakage of fluid at the back of appliance, via the spindle, dripping down the electric motor, following the electrical cord downwards. The back seal on the spindle did not function adequately!. 3) The spindle is made of non-stainless metal, evident in the different color of the leaked juice , and rusty stain on the spindle after washing and drying! I did communicate these issues with Victorio, and got some replies but none of which could address the matters. I was sent a seal between the body and a screen. The product has potential if these deficiencies ( & others I could miss) are resolved.

it did the job in flying colours
It is simple to assemble and use , the motor heated up after half an hour I used the hand crank until it cooled downbut overall we had a good experience.
