## Questions & Answers

**Q: What is the diff from these nibs? i see a fa, wa, and sf nib. not sure what those mean.**
A: FA is for Falcon which is a very flexible nib, WA is for Waverly which is a nib with a slight bend in the end which allows very broad line to thin, SF is for Soft Fine which is Fine with a little more flex than usual

**Q: How fine is it without flexing?**
A: about as fine as the extra fine nib on a LAMY safari. Can't imagine one any finer, if that makes any sense. I think if I get another one, I'd opt for the medium nib.

**Q: How does this pen differ to the pilot custom 912 fa-falcon?**
A: The correct name is "Pilot Custom Heritage 912." If you see it as "Pilot Custom 912" it's an error in the listing. All 912s are Pilot Custom Heritage pens. That means they have blunt ends and a sword clip. This is in contrast to the "Pilot Custom" series which has cigar shaped pens with ball clips.

**Q: Is this an Authorized seller meaning will Pilot accept warranty issues?? Store please answer**
A: Hello. Thank you for your inquiry. Matrix Trading Store is not an authorized seller of Pilot Pen products so any warranties are not guaranteed.
