What's most noticeable is when I wake up in the morning I'm ready to take on the world, before I was a slow,couldn't care less riser The main reason for purchasing ZM6 was hopefully to help E.D. so for there is a slight sign of improvement but will not be jumping of the wardrobe yet only time will tell (hence the 4 stars) Overall I feel more energised during the day and a lot brighter and chirpier. A word of warning the recommended dosage I'm sure, is for heavy gym users,(3 tablets) otherwise you will be going to the toilet more than regular in the morning.
