Review: Product work great - After going through a different manufacturers products three times we needed to make a change. After reading the reviews we went with this mattress pad and are glad we did. The preheat feature is a nice addition and once the pad is preheated, the pad switches to low. We've found that the low or number 2 setting is more than enough for our needs. One of the reviews noted that the wires are too short for a CA King size, we found just the opposite- there was more than enough cord for that size bed. Two negatives about the product: first - the instructions don't tell you which side which controller goes on. We had to turn one side on high in order to figure it out. The CA King dual controller - the controller with the electrical plug goes on the right side of the bad (from the foot of the bed facing the bed) Second - the lights on the controller are very dim and make it difficult to see in the dark, especially if you were glasses.

**Q: I want to uy it for my Mom who occasionally has an accident. Is it  truly waterproof?**
A: Absolutely love the heated mattress pad. Wonderful crawling into a prewarmed bed. Will never go without one ever again. Never spilled anything on it to know whether or not its waterproof. U won't be disappointed with this purchase

**Q: Does the Queen size come with ONE or TWO Controllers.**
A: I bought the queen size and it has two controllers. Btw, I love it. It works great and makes for a wonderful warm bed on a cold night. Also the auto off feature is great.

**Q: Had mine for a little over a year. Now when I tirn on it flashes a F2 code anybody familiar with this?**
A: This answer was found on the WWW :  My new blanket works great. Then I changed my sheets and would get the F2 problem. Very consistent after 5 tries with F2 blinking by unplugging at wall outlet and comes on with F2 blinking. Let it rest a night and still the same. Then I unplug it at the blanket. Hmm, notice a pin was lower than the others. PUSH BACK IN FIRM and tried again. Perfect.

**Q: Can I turn off auto-shut off. I do not want it to shut off after 10 hours.**
A: I don't know! Sometimes I leave mine on all night and other nights turn it on or off during the night. I absolutely love it though. So glad I got it. I ended up getting two. Do you want it on more than 10 hours?

Produit acheté pour la fonction de partage de chaleur i.e. que la moitié du lit peut être chauffée tandis que l'autre ne l'est pas. Même en maintenant la temp. très basse de son côté,le lit se réchauffe très doucement. Seul bémol, la jonction des fils se fait au pied du lit au centre, ce qui fait que, mesurant 6.0 pi ( 185 cm ) je suis porté à la toucher régulièrement. L'envers de ceci est que cette position au centre au pied délimite bien l'espace de chacun. Pour adoucir le toucher de cette jonction, nous avons recouvert ce protège matelas chauffant par un autre protège matelas qui était déjà sur le lit plus le drap contour. Le tout fonctionne très bien.
