    Rechargeable batteries are included, instructions are in Chinese

I don't believe that it is clear in the advertising for this item, but (2) AA rechargeable batteries are included.  The instructions are completely written in Chinese only.  The only thing written in English on the instructions is "Made in China".  Instructions include "pictograms" that show how to install the batteries, but no need to take it apart as the batteries are included and are already installed.  All it needs is a day in the sun to charge and then turn the on/off switch to on.
