Review: Excellent for warm compress - My eye doc suggested a mask that would stay warm instead of a warm washcloth which barely last a minute or two. I’m having issues with dry eyes and blocked oil glands around the eyes. Using this mask as a warm compress has helped so much! I microwave the insert it for 40 seconds and it lasts 5-10 minutes and apply 2x a day. And it’s very relaxing. As far as some reviewers mentioning and odor, it does have a natural seed type slight smell, but it’s not offensive in any way. The elastic band is adjustable and comfortable. Great for sties if you’re prone to that. It has helped immensely. Highly recommend.

My eye doc suggested a mask that would stay warm instead of a warm washcloth which barely last a minute or two. I’m having issues with dry eyes and blocked oil glands around the eyes. Using this mask as a warm compress has helped so much! I microwave the insert it for 40 seconds and it lasts 5-10 minutes and apply 2x a day. And it’s very relaxing. As far as some reviewers mentioning and odor, it does have a natural seed type slight smell, but it’s not offensive in any way. The elastic band is adjustable and comfortable. Great for sties if you’re prone to that. It has helped immensely. Highly recommend.

The seam on the right presses against my eye - not a major issue because it's soft. I suggest that you put the seam in the top in the future. A top seam would make it so much easier to change the heat pad to the cold pad. The heating pad has a slight odor to it, but I think that will go away after a few uses. It warms very quickly, but the warmth only lasts about 15 minutes. Still, it's just what I needed for headaches and travel.
