At first it's a little tricky to get the hang of but after a few minutes you can learn to keep the orintation of the aircraft/controls. I crashed it quite a few times into trees a roof once or twice, hard landing on the nose cone on asphault that took a little chunk of the foam out. Somehow the wing got a crack in it that I was able to repair with superglue and some scotch tape... still flys great. I did have to reglue the front weight at the bottom of the nose cone that got knock out due to a hard landing. But overall I would say this is a durable flyer, the props are the originals (comes with two spares) and it still flys great. It's kind of hard for my 7 year old brother to fly it, but he still has some good flights. I would recommend this to any first time flyers. Tips: stay out of the wind [edit] wait for a nice still day or evening... Don't fly it over asphault or near structures when first learning, try to stick to grassy areas if possible. UPDATE: After many flights the winds took this away into the woods and it went missing. Probably should only be flown in low winds. Review: Experienced r/c flier, got this as a simple entry plane for my son. Tried to fly it on a day with no wind. Hand launched it, it flew a few yards and then started to drop. There's no elevator control so it's supposed to have a slight tendency to climb so that when you need to ascend you apply power and when you want to descend you throttle back. This plane, however, doesn't have the power it needs to climb. The instructions advise bending the fuselage a bit to put the v tail into the wind/prop wash if you are having this problem. Tried this multiple times with increasing amounts of bend trying not to get to the point where it just noses up and stalls out. Nothing helped. It's just too underpowered to climb. It can fly 15mins. **Q: Seems like a cool little rc plane, but why are you marketing it as a predator when its a reaper? two completely different uas.** A: The predator is a recon plane. The reaper is a support plane. Holds way more ordinance. But looks wise they are identical. So i would say, being this has 0 ordinance.
