Review: i'm a martial artist and performer who struggles with tight hamstrings. Especially after ACL reconstruction surgery using my own hamstring tendon as a new ACL. Flebility requires strength but we could also use some assistance to get an effective stretch. After one session I felt like I did a workout and all of my tight muscles were relaxed. The product is pretty easy to use as long as you watch a guide on how to use it safely or if you already have previous stretching experience. The product is very sturdy and feels very durable. If you're going to use this on a closet door that has a hinge on the top. Be cautious and stand against the door to prevent it from opening on you while stretching.
