Now with easy clean up, this mat made my life so much easier. The first thing I noticed is that it was sticky on both sides. This helps the mat to stick to the counter so it won't slide away when you roll your dough. The stickiness on the front goes away when you flour the surface. I feel that it is the perfect size for pizza dough.
