From what I read on the back of the packs everything I can find at my local store which is a big plus because there are two grocery stores in my town and not very exotic My dining choices in my area are very limited. This gives me a chance to try new things, even with my limited cooking abilities. Okay, I've only made the Tom Kha Gai and it was wonderful. That said, I found them to be very good and really easy - a great combination. However, they have a fair amount of suga so even though I liked them I won't buy again. Too bad, because if they used stevia (my favorite) or pink or blue sugar, which in this kind of thing would taste absolutely as good, I would buy them all the time.Because of the sugar content in most Asian foods, I have been making my own, which aren't as good as restaurant, but still good and I use stevia.
