This morning I have been wearing this all along while writing this review and zero gagging. I did not even need to trim it.! There are 2 in the pack - they are not exactly same size - try both before moulding it to see which one is closer to your size but do not worry if it does not seem to exactly match as you can reshape it while moulding . Are you asking "How long does the guard last?". If so, then it depends on the user. For me, my son has used it since February 1, 2016 and it is still usable. And I say that because he for some strange reason he chews it, but I am satisfied that that the guard is still capable of protecting his teeth for quite some time. **Q: Can I use these for bottom and top as teeth whitening trays?** A: Im not 100% sure but I do not suggest it, I think it fits best just as a mouth guard **Q: Can these be wear with braces?** A: you can but i wouldn't because when you get your braces tightened the mold won't fist to your teeth anymore **Q: Can you talk clear with the mouth guard in????** A: Yes. Easy to form by just setting in cup of boiled water for 15-20 seconds and then pressing firmly all over teeth…also biting into them so bottom teeth rested more naturally into the guard.
