A: Yes, you most certainly can. It rotates to be worn on either side.

**Q: Is there a special piece that plugs into the land line phone?  If so, what is the piece so I can purchase them together.**
A: The audio processor you need is shown below the headset to the left.

**Q: Does this have the 4 prong QD or the newer 6?**
A: This is the 4 prong, the 6 prong is for digital usb cord use only.

The enhancing the sound is a lot more than I expected, in a very good way. I have to turn down the volume instead of having it maxed. I work in the medical field am am on the phone all day. Big difference than my old headphones that was a different company. I would recommend these to anyone that has a hard time to hear just like me. When I would need a new pair. I WILL REBUY AGAIN!!
