The company claimed that Amazon made a mistake in not mentioning the extra charge. I was then advised to cancel my order with Amazon as the company would then not charge me for taxes but only for freight. I went ahead and followed the recommendation. Upon receipt of the appliance, I found it to be extremely noisy and so called the seller for return.
