Review: Best glue ever! - After years of struggling with glues for my mixed media and collage work, I eventually discovered this. Together with a fine needle-point glue bottle, my glueing woes are now over. The glue dries clear, and quickly, and it will stick most surfaces with no problem. If you get any over-spill from it, if you rub it away while it is still wet, it comes away absolutely cleanly. Left to dry, it will leave a shiny surface. The nozzle on the bottle is easy to open, simply by twisting the top a little, but it is quite wide and difficult to control, which is why it is best to decant the glue into a bottle with a finer tip for detailed work. For covering larger surfaces, the existing bottle is fine. This glue is alcohol-based and some people may not like the smell, but it doesn't linger for long and I haven't found this to be a problem.

**Q: Can this be used and kept in a fine tip bottle ?**
A: I don't see why not. The bottles are quite large so I transfer mine into smalller, more manageable sized bottles. I haven't used a fine tip with it but I would imagine it would be okay although it is a very thin glue ( not like tacky glue). Hope this helps.

**Q: Does this have a strong scent? Is it good for attaching paper to acrylic, and rhinestones to acrylic please?**
A: Yes, the scent is quite strong and I haven’t found anything yet that it won’t stick. Good luck

**Q: Would this glue work for bookbinding?**
A: For craft work I never use anything else, but I’ve not tried book binding with it.

You can buy smaller containers just to try before committing to the larger bottles.

**Q: what solvent to clean brush. i've tried many but what can i use to clean off execesses. It would be helpful to know. Would petrol work?**
A: If it’s oil based,use white spirit or turpentine.
If it’s water based then use hot soapy water.
That’s about it. Petroleum spirit is pretty dangerous and you can’t put it down a drain. 
That’s the safest way to do it. Petrol (gasoline)
Is too volatile and it’s downright dangerous.
As well as that if it does the job. You still have a dangerous brush loaded with a dangerous substance.
