My craft shops only sell the strips that are 1/8" of an inch wide so this fringer is USELESS! I didn't notice that the widths it can fringe are not posted on the advertisement, well, there's a reason for that, they know it wont cut the average sized quilling strips. I got it yesterday, saw that it was useless, contacted Achilles Trade who are the ones who sold it to me. This is what they said: Sure, we will take it back with the following provisions: We charge a 15% restocking fee AND and additional 4.75 for shipping and handling. So, I will be out 10.75 and nothing to show for it but an empty box! Plus, I can't get it to work on ANY size piece of paper! DO NOT BUY THIS FRINGER! So if you're using it for miniatures be aware of that. It does work ok for the most part. However I think for the price of it that it should work really well instead of okay.
