Every time you flip it, the sand falls in a new pattern, so it never looks the same twice. It’s calming in the same way watching waves or clouds can be. The frame feels sturdy and the glass is clear, so the colors of the sand really stand out. It looks good sitting on a desk, but I’ve also tried it on a shelf where the light hits it, and that makes the patterns look even better. One thing I appreciate is how smoothly the sand flows. It doesn’t clump up or get stuck, which I’ve seen happen with cheaper versions of these. This one feels like it’s built to last and stay enjoyable instead of ending up in a closet after a week. If you want something that doubles as art and a stress reliever, this piece is a solid choice. Review: Such an amazing conversation piece for your office! - After reading some reviews I was leery to buy this thinking it was a gimmick and wouldn't perform as described. Thankfully I take reviews with a grain of salt as I was extremely impressed with this product. I will start by confirming the negative reviews that it does not make a perfect sand dune scene every time you rotate it. You also have to nudge it a little by rotating it the direction that you want it to drop down to. Sometimes when you rotate it the sand will fall down in one chaotic scene and not make the pretty dunes. It can be a little top heavy so do not place this on a table that is not sturdy as it will probably fall over. These were the negative reviews that I think make this the most custom art piece you can ask for! The first day I had my boss and coworker mesmerized and had to tell them to get back to work and stop watching the sand fall as it is extremely peaceful to watch. If you want something that is soothing and is guaranteed to start and keep a conversation going then you want to own this piece. The packaging was robust and came perfectly intact and will be a staple of my office for when I have customers or suppliers over. The sand slowly flows down through the crevices of the bubbles to form beautiful patterns. If the sand is blocked by bubbles, you can slowly rotate or adjust the size and density of the bubbles to achieve the effect you want. At the same time, you can also use a needle tube to add or remove air to it to change the size and number of bubbles. There is a small hole in the black circle, you can find it by looking carefully. This requires plenty of patience, don't worry. If you have any other questions, please contact us in time！ Sarah **Q: What gauge syringe do I need to use to adjust bubble/water levels?** A: Hello, I recommend you to use a 2.5ml or 3ml syringe. In addition, when extracting bubbles, add or take out very little at a time. **Q: How long does this take to settle?** A: Dear Ilene Sussman， If the sand flows quickly, the flow will end in a few minutes, while the sand flows slowly and will end in a few hours. The speed is determined by the degree to which the air bubbles block the sand. Sersha **Q: Would have been nice if it came with instructions. I have way to mant bubbles. Please explain how to resolve this.** A: Thank you for your suggestion very much, we will upload the relevant operation video as soon as possible. I suggest you try the following 1. Keep it vertically on the horizontal desktop and wait for all the sand to fall for at least 10 minutes. It is important to compact the sand on the bottom. 2.Hold with both hands, tilt 90 degrees and shake horizontally left and right, make the large bubbles shake into small bubbles. 3. Purposefully arrange the small bubbles in a straight line to block the sand, and then place it vertically, so that the sand can flow out of the bubble gap. 4. In this way, a beautiful three-dimensional landscape is obtained. Note: If it still can't flow down due to too many air bubbles, we need to draw out a little air with a syringe and try it slowly by ourselves. (Due to safety reasons, this product does not come with a syringe, you need to buy it yourself.) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Relaxing to Watch and Feels Well-Made *by B***. on September 19, 2025* The Muyan Moving Sand Art Picture Sandscape turned out to be more than just a decoration, it’s something I actually stop and watch during the day. Great purchase! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ After adjusting, it works great ! *by J***N on August 8, 2025* Had to use a blunt syringe needle, to adjust amount of air bubbles in it to make it work properly and a dab of super glue over the hole to make sure water wouldn't leak out. After that it seems to work pretty good. The base is thin and hollow plastic, the black ring around the actual sand art is some kind of soft rubber. Overall.... it works, its alittle on the cheap side in quality but so is the price. Its pretty and will be a decent desk toy at work. So 4 out of 5 stars from me. ## Frequently Bought Together - Muyan Moving Sand Art Picture Sandscapes in Motion Round Glass 3D Deep Sea Art for Adult Kid Large Desktop Toys (Black, 7 Inch) - Juvale Newton's Cradle Balance Pendulum, Physics Learning Desk Toy, Swinging Kinetic Balls for Home, Office Decoration, Stress Relief, Fun Science Fidget Accessories (7x6x7 in) - LiKee Magnetic Fidget Toys Desk Decor for Stress Relief (Black-Silver) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/317998192-muyan-moving-sand-art-picture-sandscapes-in-motion-round-glass](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/317998192-muyan-moving-sand-art-picture-sandscapes-in-motion-round-glass) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-21*
