Review: This stuff really works! - I was having a mouse problem in my office in a large warehouse type building so I tried "The Rodent Sheriff" to see if it would run them out. It has a pretty strong mint smell so you want to use it sparingly if you plan to be in the room where it is used. I spray it along the baseboards and any possible entry point before I leave in the evening. In the morning I can still smell it but it airs out easily. And the best thing? Not a sign of a rodent at all since the first application. I reapply every couple of days, I hope they are gone forever. I found it to be better than the smell of a dead one in the wall from poison or having to pick up and dispose of a gruesome mousetrap scene. I though it was very reasonably priced seeing as you get two bottles. Gave 4 stars on "Easy to Use" only because the sprayer seems to leak a bit and if you are not careful you will get it on your hands, kind of annoying. also 4 stars for "Longevity" only because I have only been using it for a month or so, we'll see, but yeah, no mice!
Review: Makes it inhospitable for them without making it inhospitable for you. - We had raccoons in our chimney after they worked off the chimney cap poorly installed by previous owners. We had attempted a few other suggestions like loud music or loud talk radio but it didn't seem to drive them off. Finally we tried spraying this in the chimney flue and also got some audio of dogs barking that we placed in the chimney. The dogs barking got our real dog barking but still no raccoons coming out. However the next day we stopped hearing noises and after a few days we suspect they vacated the premises. Yesterday I soaked some rags and dropped them down our chimney to make sure and set up a camera to watch and nothing is coming out anymore. We think they are gone. My chimney is very tall and precarious so I want to make sure they are out before I shove my face looking down the chimney on a ladder. But I suspect it worked as described. The raccoons found the smell intolerable. Mama raccoon moved her babies out as she could. We'll cap if properly. The mint smell is strong but not intolerable at all. I wore rubber gloves but didn't realize one had a tear in it until my hand was already wet. After washing them it smelled pretty nice actually. So a good solution to those who aren't ready for a coyote urine solution. I can see how it may not work 100% of the time but it worked for us.

**Q: does it work on roaches**
A: Yes, but just make sure you don't use it around your pets.  It's toxic to dogs and cats.  Works great on spiders.  I put some on a cotton ball under my kitchen sink cabinet, in my closets, under my bathroom sink, etc. .

**Q: I live in Florida does it work on plametto bugs .... rocches..... and ants?**
A: I used to live in FL so I know what your talking about. Since Palmetto bugs have an exoskeleton, I highly recommend Diatomaceous Earth. it is made from the fossilized remains of tiny, aquatic organisms called diatoms. Their skeletons are made of a natural substance called silica. It is a powder form and highly effective at killing anything with an exoskeleton. It is natural not harmful to pets or humans. You should not breath in the dust though. Be sparing with its application. It works by limiting the oxygen needed through their outer skeleton. Ants usually walk away from it. It is a natural remedy. Read up on it and you will see. It's great

**Q: How long is it effective before you need to respray?**
A: I'm not sure.  I spray a little every time I put a bag with any food leftovers in it in the can.  I originally said I thought the bottle was expensive.  However, I'm finding it's lasting pretty well.  It sprays a fine mist, so you don't use a whole lot of product each time you spray.  The main thing for me is that my garbage is still intact.  I haven't seen hide nor hair of a squirrel anywhere near my garbage since I started using it.  I've noticed there seems to be a lot fewer flies and ants too.  So far, I love this product!

**Q: If the rats are stil alive, they can still produce bab rats.  If we want to eliminate them, how is this product effective?**
A: I have not actually ever had a rat in my house.  Mice and squirrels, and I believe to a great extent even insects, seem to be repelled by the smell of the mint.  Since they don't like it, they leave.  My aim has never been to kills anything, but to deter them from living in my space and encourage them to seek living quarters outdoors where they belong.  It really does work, but if you are infested, it takes time I believe.  You may have to resort to trapping or something to get a whole nest out.  This product is more of a discourager and repellent, it does not harm or kill them.

We had raccoons in our chimney after they worked off the chimney cap poorly installed by previous owners. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Smells Great, Rats Run!

I love this! It smells great and Rats hate it. It is a bit expensive. I could use a gallon of it but the cost is too much for me. It does the job and I have purchased a total of 4 bottles and have used up three of them. Until the exterminator comes, this is a nice product to use. I spray is behind and under furniture. There are two drawbacks. I have found that as I sqeeze the sprayer, the cap begins to unscrew. I spend almost as much time tightening the cap as I do spraying. The other thing is that the spray goes about 5 or 6 inches. I cannot get it far enough to effect rats underneath things and out of reach and I do need to get fairly close to them which is nearly impossible so I spry the places they frequent (if I can reach them). It really needs an adjustable nozzle and, in fact, looks as though it has one but it does not. The rats do hate it though.
