A: Hi there. The Belkin F8W974 has an innovative twist-and-lock design and raised edges to keep your AirTag secure and protect it against scratches. You just need to twist the holder counterclockwise to unlock and separate it.

**Q: We have purchased two of these and having installed the Apple AirTags we are now finding both impossible to unlock by twisting anti-clockwise.**

A: Hi. The AirTag Case will not protect your AirTag from the water. It is not waterproof.
