Unpacked it, slotted in a battery that I had already (as it is tool only) & tried it out in the garden immediately, its only about 2kg so not too heavy to use. I wanted it to trim grass around the base of some bushes/shrubs that are dotted around my lawn as the strimmer is just too aggressive Its easy to slip it around the base of plants and trim the grass, worked a treat. Went around by the fence & decking, it cuts up to the wood with no issue. My strimmer is now redundant, I doubt I'll use it again. The only minor drawback is that you have to be down at ground level to use it, but other than that it is amazing - wish I'd got one years ago!
