This should not break any time soon. Comes with a plastic protective cover and cleaning brush for the blade. I first tried to slide the cover off but found it lifted off and on better. Also slide the cleaning brush in the blade for storage then put the cover on. Works like a charm. There are no instructions but I think this design is intentional. Helps avoid loosing the cleaning brush. My wife has been making lemon curd and needs approx 2 tsp of lemon zest. This does the job. Also the end of the blade has a rubber protector so you can rest it on the counter for zesting if you like. Saw this in the video.
