I'm between XL and XXL in this brand. The XL has a near-perfect gusset fit but the waistband tends to roll; I use a wet-stretching technique to increase the waist for the XL. The XXL has a slightly wider gusset than ideal, but it's still comfortable and the waistband stays put beautifully. I keep both sizes and rotate based on my preference.
