Review: High end speaker. - For a smaller sized cabinet subwoofer, the 13'' speaker packs an enormous punch, right down to 18 hertz. The phone app is awsome for making several adjustments, without having to mess around behind the speaker. I may never buy any other brand of subwoofer if this SVS SB 3000 works great for years. ( Supposed to be 5 year warranty). But so far, its the best. Delivery was right on time too.

**Q: Can you run two of these on a 20 amp circuit where your av receiver is possibly 7 amps?**
A: Subwoofer amps are transient load devices (unlike steady draw devices like vacuum cleaners, space heaters, hair dryers, etc.). The steady draw devices are what typically will trip a circuit breaker, not audio equipment.
 
As an example, using our highest-powered model (our others will be proportionately lower based on RMS rating), our 16-Ultra has a 1500W amp. But it won't pull that much power from the outlet except at the max playback level and only for brief periods. While the below are estimates, you can expect the subwoofer to pull about the following power levels under various conditions:
 
• standby = <0.5W
• on at idle with no signal = 22W
• low to moderate volumes = 50W-200W
• loud to very loud volumes = 300W-1500W
 
Power = Voltage x Amperage. Peak amperage draw for a 120V source would be 1500W = 120V x Amps = 12.5A, but that would only be for a very brief period. The average amperage draw would be much lower of course, typically 1-3 amps at most playback levels. A circuit breaker will pass much more current than its rated capacity – but only for brief periods of time – it’s the steady state devices mentioned above which are problematic. Typically, even dual 16-Ultras on a single 15A breaker will be just fine.

**Q: The SB 3000 is worldwide voltage ?**
A: Marking on back indicates 100-120V/50-60Hz.

**Q: Will I b able to connect this sub to my jbl party speaker 300?**
A: Thanks for your question. JBL PartyBox series speakers have no provision to connect a wired, powered subwoofer.

**Q: Does this unit natively support bluetooth connection as an lfe subwoofer?  say to a denon avr-x3700h?**
A: First off, this is one amazing thumper!! This unit requires a separate module from SVS for Bluetooth connectivity.  I have it hardwired.

Ich komme vom Klipsch und der svs hat mich aus den Socken gehauen. Mann-o-Mann.....echt heftig der Tiefgang. Ärgere mich, dass ich den nicht schon früher gekauft habe. Am besten bestell man gleich die Füße dazu
