Review: Great company and product - Due to the weight of the pieces of this rack, they are shipped in separate boxes. Maintain your shipping/tracking and when boxes received, open ALL and lay out the appropriate connectors/screws/bolts, etc for each stage of the assembly, BEFORE you begin. We thought a package of connectors for one stage of assembly were not in the shipment but, then we opened a remaining box and found our "missing" connectors. Everything necessary and according to the assembly instructions WERE shipped. Also note in the instructions: that assembly of this rack requires TWO people. Please act accordingly, as height, distance of span, and weight of metal beams could cause injury if only one person tries to put this together. This is a great rack and is as described - which matched our needs when we were researching prior to purchase!

Due to the weight of the pieces of this rack, they are shipped in separate boxes.
