Nothing artificial. and, it tastes like water - no gross flavor. I drink it to heal my intestines when I have a flare-up. It soothes and heals. I started with the juice and it slowed down the symptoms less bleeding and cramps. Then when my wild oregano oil came I started on that which was around a week later the symptom improved again.. Been two weeks now I'm hoping in another couple of weeks it's stopped altogether.. But definetly recommend only George's aloe..
