Each one for each side of the pelvis. **Q: Where are the instructions? Purchased and not sure how they work** A: No instructions come with them, but there are some good videos about using the blocks. Mainly, though, I placed them in the same position as my chiropractor does. All I do is start out with that general positioning of the blocks, then I adjust them slightly until my back feels very comfortable and without any pain or pressure.
