The store I bought them from that had given me a lifetime warranty went out of business, so I had given up hope. Then I searched and found they made replacement lenses, I am thrilled. The lenses fit my Ray Ban’s perfectly and the lens is clear with no distortion. I have to wear non-polarized lenses because of the strange artifacts I get with them. These lens fit the bill. Very easy to replace, just snap out the old ones and snap the new ones in. Like having a brand new pair of shades! The number on the inside of my frames is RB 4115 642/73 3N. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Great lens, not perfect fit *by A***1 on Reviewed in the United States on November 14, 2016* Nice lens, good clarity and I like the G15 tint for driving. My only complaint is the lenses are slightly larger than the original Ray Bans.
