There's still a tendency to leak and needs to have screws backup. So as I was searching for alternative products, I came across these ones and decided to give them a try. The only caveat is that the whole film is sticky, so if you don't want it to stick to your line, you need to use something like a piece of glad press and seal or something similar over your line first before putting the shower cover on. But even doing that is virtually hassle-free compared to what I normally do to make sure my line doesn't get wet from the shower. Highly recommend.
