## Description

3M Easy Trap Duster Sweep and Dust Sheets reduce the risk of bad impressions by trapping up to 8X more dirt, dust and sand than when using traditional dust mops or a competitive sweeping dust cloth brand. For hardwood floors, vinyl, tile, stone, and linoleum, the unique floor dusting material captures and holds onto the dust, dirt, and hair instead of just moving it around. Has the power to trap hair on dry or wet surfaces (not absorbent) – picking up what brooms and dustpans leave behind. Convenient, reversible disposable sheets mean no laundering. Use under any flat floor tool or high duster for spotless bathrooms, kitchens, foyers, and even schools, gyms, hair salons, vet clinics, groomers, hotels, hospitals and clinics. Take as little or as much as needed - comes in rolls perforated every 6". With a quick flip, you can use both sides of the material – helping to save time, labor, and money. Review: They’re amazing but don’t buy the bundle - The sheets are great. They do the best job sweeping of any dry sheet I’ve ever used. They pick up an incredible amount of all the stuff that lands on the floor. The amount of dog hair from a small smooth coat dachshund was unbelievable. I’ll be using these from now on. That said, do not buy the bundle as shown, wipes plus handle and floor piece. This is a great handle. I would classify it as heavy duty. The diameter of the pole is big and comfortable in there hand. The length adjusts very easily and locks in position well. It has a clip mechanism that attaches to the floor piece. The floor piece is also heavy duty It’s made of metal, not plastic. It has hook and loop attachments. It’s long and much thinner than the regular Bona handle. I’m not sure what it’s intended to use with, but it’s not these sheets. The sheets are sized to the standard Swiffer sweeper handle. To fit the sheets on the Rubbermaid handle sold as a bundle, I needed to pull two sheets from the roll. I did not tear them apart. Then I cut the two sheets in half lengthwise attached them to the handle and had to cut and add another 1/4 of a sheet to cover the entire length. Otherwise the hook and loop would be filled with all the debris from the floor. Also because it is metal and the sheets are very thin there is no give so the larger pieces just get pushed around. I ended up with a sheet full of trash plus a pile to get up with a standard broom and dustpan One last thing, the sheets do not release from the hook and loop. At least half of the trash fell back to the floor as I tried to peel it off plus a lot of fibers from the sheet remained stuck to the hook and loop. To summarize, the 3M sheets and Rubbermaid handle are both awesome. I highly recommend them individually. They are not meant to be used together as I had assumed.
Review: Works pretty well. - For at least 25 years or longer I own a professional duster for floors that has a very wide base..The individual dust sheets that I bought with this duster now cost a small fortune to replace..The duster itself is now very expensive so I've been endlessly searching for a reasonable alternative for duster sheets that will accommodate this duster....I read the description of these duster sheets...and although it requires I use 3 sheets to meet the length of the duster's base, it works. The stickiness that some complained about is valid...The sheets are super thin but they have just enough stretch to where I can get them to stretch to accommodate my duster's width......and secure the sheets so they stay in place. I realized I could flip the dust sheet over and use the other side afterwards and get two uses from these sheets....I will have to do the math to see if this product winds up being cost effective for me. My prior duster sheets aren't sticky...they hold about the same amount of debris and they can be flipped over for additional use of the clean side. The only reason this product works for my duster is because the sheets are perforated so I can make them as long as necessary.......But do I like them better than what I had been using? No...I just wanted to try these to have a comparison before I replaced what I was using. We have a long haired dog and debris gets all over the bottom of his coat....falls on our hardwood and tile floors every time he goes outdoors...Easier than vacuuming up debris...and good for getting into corners and underneath tight places...The concept of this duster sheet is fine....It did collect a lot of debris first time I used it...flipped it over and got up just as much dirt the second time. Not sure...Still have some of my previous duster sheets left...Will try using one of those...go back with this duster sheet and see if this duster sheet picks up more after I think I was done...I have given this product 5 stars because I think it works well...Debris sticks to it...hair, grit, pieces of outdoor plant matter...just about anything that gets on our floors that isn't carpeted. Update...I'm now using these duster sheets for over 2 months and I'm ready to buy another box....I decided I like them... and will just keep buying them as they're really not very expensive compared to replacing the sheets that I had been using which now cost $1 per sheet and I have to buy a box of 200.....That's a crazy amount of money to spend to dust floors....This brand fits my expensive duster base just fine if I use 3 sheets at a time...these sheets adhere easily to the mop base and hold a lot of debris without leaving anything behind on the floor. ## Questions & Answers

**Q: are these sticky? like clorox triple action dusters?**
A: these are not like Clorox triple action dusters at all! They leave an extremely sticky residue on your fingers if you use them to wipe surfaces with your hands. These sticky residue won't come off with soap and water. I had to use oil-based cleanser to get it off. I think these are meant to be attached onto the bottoms of sweepers only. They do not leave residue on furniture surfaces just your fingers.

**Q: Are these suitable for laminate wood-look flooring?  I am concerned it will leave them sticky.**
A: I have never had a problem with these cloths leaving a sticky residue on anything I dusted.  

I used them on my polyurethane coated, solid red oak wood flooring. 

I think perhaps the people who have had that problem are pressing too hard.  

I only run the dusting mop with the pads on them lightly over the floor.  They have never left a sticky residue on the floor.  If the cloth is no longer picking up dust dirt or fur, I turn it over and use the clean side until that no longer works. Then I change the cloth. 

I also use a vinyl glove when I use them to dust by hand because as noted by some, it does leave a sticky residue on your skin, if you hold it tightly. 

It does NOT, however, leave a sticky residue on the wood furniture.  Again, you need not press the cloth hard onto the furniture. Simply swipe it over the wood lightly.

**Q: why is there a roll of toilet paper in the picture?**
A: It is NOT toilet paper. The sheets come in a roll. The box has a serrated opening that you can use to slide the sheets through and cut them off the way you'd cut aluminum foil.

**Q: Does it work with swifter?**
A: Yes it does. I tear off a piece long enough to stick ends into the holes on my swifter dust mop. Works way better than the swifter pads and if it's not too gross on first side you can reverse and use other side as well. If you only have swifter wet jet u can use 2 rubber bands to adhere to the mop.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dog hair? What dog hair.

These are the absolute best for cleaning baseboards and vents/grates of dust and dog hair. They are tacky, so I wear gloves, but they don't stick or leave residue on the surfaces they clean. Just a little bit on the hands. Really the best purchase for a good spring cleaning of every nook and cranny. Plus those pesky webs in the corners of high ceilings. They even work really well as a lint/fur remover from upholstery.
