A: I’m thinking the fish oil must be derive from shellfish since it’s not kosher.

**Q: Why did these come delivered with an ice pack?**
A: Well, they're gummies and it's summer. If they didn't have an ice pack they'd all melt together. They didn't even fulfill my delivery because of the heat and I had to go searching for them so consider yourself lucky!

I took 2 a day as recommended by my doctor while pregnant and continued taking them after pregnancy. They are a little on the bigger side, but they’re chewy and the consistency is really good. They’re NOT chalky at all, which is a huge plus! They also don’t have that strong prenatal smell that so many others do. If you struggle with the taste or smell of traditional prenatals, I definitely recommend giving these a try!

Favorite prenatal gummy vitamins. Great taste, easy to take, and one of the only prenatal I could take when I was dealing with morning sickness. I’ve tried others but keep going back to these, they taste like a sweet little candy treat each day. Did amazing things for my hair and skin too.
