They are normal typical size capsules. The recommended dosage is two a day, which contain a wide spectrum of vitamins and probably what I look for is 400microgram of folic acid as widely recommended for pregnant women, which is exactly what you get here.It also contains Q10, Vitamin B, C, D, E and no A, from my limited knowledge this seems to be the right mix as I read vitamin A could be a risk for the baby.The Myo-inositol and L-arginine seem to support health pregnancy too from what I read.Overall, it is just a little expensive as there are many options for pregnancy related supplements at a much lower price.
