It comes a bit short (1.83m/88K) but you can size up as the fabric flows nicely. I got an L two days later an XL so I have two to wear one and wash the other, as I had an extensive repair and it's recommended to immobilise the shoulder for three weeks.

A: Yes. The Unisex XL will be a sufficient size for a 45”-48” chest. But to be certain, we always recommend that customer purchase two different  sizes and return the unneeded size.

We recommend size Medium but also encourage purchasing another size (size Large) and returning one of the two sizes which do not fit perfectly.
