## Description

Handmade rustic/hand-distressed wooden 40-piece, free-hand painted, American flag puzzle (Puzzle is more matte, rustic and aged in person). Each piece was hand-cut and each individual piece was hand-sanded smooth on front, back and all sides. Each individual piece was also painted on front, back and sides and each piece hand-distressed on all sides as well. Measures 12" x 8" once put together. This is a one of a kind puzzle I made. Shapes were randomly cut out. Puzzle does not interlock but fits together by putting the shapes together (puzzle can be glued together if you wanted a permanent puzzle picture). Don't let this puzzle fool you - it looks easy but it is not! I have tested it out on several people and it will take you a bit of time to put together! Because some of the pieces are pointy in shape, I do NOT recommend this puzzle for unsupervised children. Puzzle would look great displayed on a rustic table or in a rustic bowl. I painted and distressed the puzzle to look old, even chipping some of the paint on the corners so that puzzle has an older rustic character. Stars are also distressed and so is paint and some chipped paint on edge done on purpose. Sides and back painted black but I distressed each piece also on sides and back so that black has a rustic, distressed, old character. Puzzle has been sprayed with a matte protective spray. I love this puzzle!
