Gyulai is a traditional pork charcuterie made using locally sourced ingredients and aromatic Hungarian paprika. The sausage is cold-smoked over fragrant hard wood and then slowly matured until it becomes tender to the bite, bursting with the flavour of the Hungarian countryside.Delicious on its own, in sandwiches, as a pizza topping or sliced into risottos and pasta sauces. This is the best, mild taste Hungarian Sausage a delicacy of smoked meat with paprika spice. Last very long even out of the fridge. Perfect harmony for sandwich, cooking and compliment to ratatouille.
