Review: Absolutely brilliant. - OMG! Because our garden is surrounded by chicken wire or sharp solid obstacles, I assumed the blades would be destroyed at every turn, but this didn't happen. Infact I think, because they are so flexible, they are able to take quite a punishment. The product is extremely easy to assemble & use, & so light. I can't praise it enough.

**Q: How long does the battery last on its runtime ? And how long does it take to charge ? Thanks**
A: Battery quite capable for average garden,
Charges up in about 1 hour. I have 1/2 an acre so I have 2 batteries

**Q: Will it damage small trees and hedges?**
A: I have to say that it is most disappointing. It hardly damages the grass . If you get anywhere near a tree or hedge the blade will fly off. I was getting through 5 or 6 blades a session. So the answer to your question is probably not.
I also have to say that I have just been out and bought a line strimmer, much better.

**Q: Is this easy to assemble?**
A: Yes, there is nothing to assemble really. The battery charge bit just slots in the top and away you go.

**Q: Is it any good at trimming near gravel boards etc or is it only good for grass borders away from fences walls etc?**
A: good but wears the blade down quickly

I really like GTech products: good quality at a decent price. This is my second strimmer and I have a few spare batteries so I do quite a large area at one go. My only issue is that the plastic blades break far too often. I have to carry a pocket full of spare blades whenever I’m using the strimmer. But overall it’s a good product for the price. I have bought cheap blades in the past but they are rubbish. Use genuine GTech blades.
