Agree with comments. Strap was very comfy. I got the large just in case. Fits great. The vibration works great. I've charged it weeks ago and it is still going. Generally works well, albeit the controls are a little fiddly. Wakes me up pretty successfully. My main annoyance is that it is categorically NOT silent. The vibration is very intense and anyone around you can hear it. If you want this to wake you up without your partner waking up, then it may not be the right product for you!
