That’s what the tack cloth feels like. Sticky. I suggest that you use a new microfiber cleaning cloth that has gone through a washing machine and a dryer. No detergent & no fabric softener. You want the screen ultra clean and there should be no residue of your cleaning agents to interfere with your applied film. **Q: Can these be washed and reused?** A: No. I think they would lose their tackiness completely if they were washed.
