Is it really 1/4 inch wide?** A: It is a pen light. Small but very powerful. **Q: Is this light intrinsically safe?** A: My original 1920 gen 1 version is intrinsically safe. That is why a lot of people offshore carry them. I do not know about this new version. **Q: my gen 1 1920 just clicks on and off. I do not want to cycle through. do you click one for low, again for high, and again for off?** A: my 1920 is one click on one click off…no hi or low. it wither on or off. I love it.
