It is very-well crafted and decided, sturdy, and ahheds perfectly to my door. I bought this with the twist off name plate holder which is wonderful. Both together cost me just a little over $10, which to me is quite a steal considering the quality. My supervisor loves how it looks and asked for the information so she could buy one for herself. I decided to purchase one for her. Highly recommend.
